To Reach Le Clos Rosaly, please enter in the small village of Chazal, you will find the house behind the Route des Estanchous, number 571. You are arrived !
To open the house, please go the the key box located on the Rue de Chazal (west part of the property), wooden door.
Password : It will be sent to you by SMS – ask us if you have not received it!
It is imperative to notify us when you arrive and leave by text or whattsapp

Bed sheets and household linen :
Be carful, we do not supply bed sheets or household linen. Make sure you take yours, including towels or any kind of linen you may need during your stay.

Non-smoking house :
Smocking is not allowed in the house
Pets:
Pets are allowed : just let us know when you proceed your booking. Make sure then do no enter the bedrooms (allergies)
Trash:
Please do not leave your bins outside and make sure you put your trash in the specific containers (yellow and black)
Every thursday, please alter each bins on the street.

Heating:
Turning on the heating system whitout the owners agreement is forbidden.
Coffee machine :
You will find some Nespresso capsules and you can also use the plunger coffee pot.
lancha & Barbecue :
During your stay, you will have free access to the plancha and barbecue. Please make sure you clean it after use (we usually check the state at your arrival and departure).
Garden :
If it gets too hot, do not forget our beloved plants : water them!
Outdoor furnitures :
Feel free to use the outdoor chairs (they are stored in the sheepfold) but make sure you get them inside if it starts raining.
Sun umbrella / parasols :
If you do not use it, please do not leave it open.
Swimming pool :
Please do not put any cleaning product in the swimming pool : we take care of the maintenance.
This may justify the collection of the deposit
Security :
The swimming pool has gates all around but we kindly ask you to always watch your children.

Toilets :
Do not put anything other than toilet paper in the toilets.
Never use bleach in the drains.
Safety-box :
You can have access to a safety-deposit box, please let us if you want to use it.
